Fungal Genetics: mating types and pathogenicity, pheromone recognition, basidiomycete transformation, signal transduction, cytoskeleton

Seminars will be given and experiments will be proceed to the following topics:
     1. RNA isolation, reverse transcription and Real time PCR
     2. cytoskeleton and genetics of basidiomycetes: mating types and pathogenicity, pheromone recognition,
         basidiomycete transformation, signal transduction.

The number of participants is limited to 10 students.
